It works equally well for sharers and horses, giving the animal the benefit of a relationship. Other benefits include:
• Riders with experience get the opportunity to share a higher quality horse that is not used in the riding school.
• These horses are competition horses, carefully produced by our staff from youngsters, some even bred by us.
• Control of the horse is not handed over totally in case of any schooling issues that may arise.
If Equishare is something you are interested in, please contact us! We will do our best to find a suitable horse or pony for you!
Children under 14 are welcome, and are supervised at all times except on Sundays after 12pm, as this is our family time. Children less than 14 Years must be accompanied by an adult any time after 12pm on Sundays.
We encourage all riders to book private lessons with their horse. We do not abandon sharers with their horses and our staff will still contribute to their training needs and are here to help.
For more information about Equishare, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
Sharers should be aware that the horse/pony will be used in lessons. Communication with the staff is advised to avoid disappointment. Sharers should be considerate of the horse/pony's work load and ride accordingly, and we try to make sure that if a pony has been used in a number of lessons in the morning, then they only have light work in the afternoon. We ask our sharers to give us one month's notice when they wish to give up their loan.
Equishare is a wonderful opportunity to ride and look after a horse or pony of your own, make friends, have fun and learn to ride in a supervised and safe environment.
