Summer Camps 2024
Summer is the busiest time of year for us here at Bryerley Springs, with our summer camps being one of our most popular events of the year! Camp is a fantastic way for children to progress on their riding journey, have lots of fun and learn vital skills about how to look after ponies.
Our camps have been so popular this year we have decided to add a 3rd camp date:
Camp 1 - 29th July to 2nd August - Limited availability
NEW Camp 3 - 12th August - 16th August
Camp 2 - 26th August to 30th August - Limited availability
Summer camps are now available to book!
With 3hrs of riding per day, children have the perfect opportunity to build their confidence and brush up on their riding skills. Children will have the chance to try a variety of activities from hacking, showjumping and even some bareback riding!
Each day children will take part in stable management sessions. These sessions are focused on building better understanding of horses from the ground such as what horses eat, how they learn and how we can become great carers for our horses.
Lets get creative! Children can test their creativity and horsey knowledge in our daily creative time sessions. We run activities such as quizes, making horse hair bracelets, decorating horse shoes and much more.....
On the last day of camp we will be showing off to the parents! All groups will have 30 minutes to show off their chosen skill whether that be a showjumping competition or a ridden display to music. We finish of the final day with a presentation which includes rosettes, medals and awards.
